Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

Welcome to South Jersey Littles!
By participating in any of our events, activities, or accessing our website, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are intended to lawfully protect our business, our staff, and our event participants. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in our activities or use our website.

1. Participation Agreement

By attending any South Jersey Littles event or registering on our website:

  • You affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) you are registering.

  • You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that all activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, minor injuries, and behavioral interactions with other children.

  • You agree to supervise your child(ren) at all times unless explicitly stated that the event includes staff-led care.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless South Jersey Littles, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, including for bodily injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or connected to participation in our events or use of our facilities or equipment.

3. Health & Safety Disclosure

  • By participating, you confirm that your child is in good health and free of any contagious illness at the time of the event.

  • You agree not to attend any event if your child or any accompanying adult has tested positive for a communicable disease (e.g., COVID-19, RSV, flu, etc.) within the last 5 days or is actively symptomatic.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a participant from an event at our sole discretion for safety reasons.

4. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the parent or guardian immediately. If unreachable, you authorize South Jersey Littles staff to seek emergency medical care and understand that you are solely responsible for all related costs.

5. Behavior Expectations

  • All children and adults are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.

  • Aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the event.

6. Photography & Media Policy

We never photograph or record a child’s face without prior, explicit, written permission from the parent or guardian.
By participating in our events, you agree that South Jersey Littles may take general photos or videos of activities for promotional use (e.g., hands, backs of heads, wide shots). Any images showing children's faces will only be used if a signed media release form has been provided. You may opt out of all media use by providing written notice prior to the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website or distributed during events—including logos, designs, handouts, lesson plans, and branding—are the exclusive property of South Jersey Littles and may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in events or use of our website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
